Shipping policy

S H I P P I N G

  • Kiersy Kay Designs ships via USPS.  A flat rate of $4.99 added at checkout for all orders.

  • A confirmation number will appear on your screen immediately after your checkout purchase and an email will be sent as well.

  • Upon checkout, all orders will be charged a sales tax. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 4pm CST will be processed the following business day. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days upon order purchase.

  • Customized orders are  shipped within 5-7 business days.

  • DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

Kiersy Kay Designs does not offer international shipping services at this time. It is our pleasure to bring you the best quality products along with unmatched customer service.

 

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from US warehouse are shipped through USPS. 

Packages from our warehouse overseas will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. 

Do you ship worldwide?

No. We do not ship worldwide.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Packages coming from our warehouse overseas will have a shipping time noted on the product page. 

*This doesn’t include our 3-5 day processing time.*

 

Do you provide tracking information? Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at contact@kiersykaydesigns.com

 

Will my items be sent in one package? For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
